Job description

Define business development & sales strategy together with CEO
Identify both short- and long-term sales direction & business
opportunities to develop strategic expansion plan
Drive and support sales activities strategically
Build the key interface to the business group
Coordinate intra-company relative projects
Drive the implementation of Sales Target specific CRM methods and
tools in the organization (e.g. best practice sharing, process improvement)
Arrange all assigned Account activities, including WIP status, yield rate, etc., to assist with on time delivery and continuous improvement
Lead person on customer audits and visits

Job requirements

Degree holder in Engineering; MBA qualification preferable
Hand-on hunting experience; with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in toys & related products preferred
Previous track record in business development and sales function, highly driven to targets and results in order to cope with the company’s fast-growing pace
Solid Sales operational management experience with P/L accountability gained from sizeable toys companies
Possess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful Sales direction
Strong leadership skills including motivating, influencing and negotiating
A self-assured and versatile leader with strong drive for success in a team orientated culture
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is desirable
