Job description

Carry out work under the direction of the Production Director and the company’s senior leadership, responsible for overseeing all work of the department; organize and supervise workshop staff to complete tasks within their scope of responsibilities.
Responsible for organizing the department’s management mechanisms, implementation, inspection, supervision, and control.
Responsible for organizing production according to the production plan, completing tasks on schedule, and holding regular weekly department meetings.
Responsible for coordinating and handling abnormal situations in production, promptly organizing relevant departments to resolve issues, and reporting difficulties to the Deputy Production Director for assistance.
Responsible for calculating piece-rate wages accurately.
Responsible for organizing business guidance for all levels of management within the department, inspecting, evaluating, and rating their work based on performance evaluation regulations, ensuring effective evaluation.
Responsible for setting the department’s work objectives and plans, organizing implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, and supervision in a timely manner.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective 5S operations within the department, conducting regular inspections and providing guidance on related work.
Reasonably allocate human resources within the department’s workshops to maximize their value.
Support factory inspections, inventory checks, and other related tasks.
Develop the department’s annual personnel plan, recruitment plan, propose performance evaluation schemes, and compensation and benefits policies.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

Educational level from high school or above
At least 5 years of relevant work experience; preference given to those with production management experience in the toy model and animated character manufacturing industry.
Ability to collect and analyze production data effectively.
Responsible for planning the department’s production, establishing work regulations and standards, evaluating employee production performance, and improving work efficiency.
Allocate department plans, organize implementation, arrange work processes, coordinate personnel, monitor production progress, and complete production tasks.
Implement lean improvements, effectively control production costs, reasonably arrange work processes, and schedule work times.
Willing to work long-term in Indonesia.
Willing to work in Vietnam for half a year (2024); has a passport.
