Job description

Support Internal Audit Manager in communication with all the departments during the fieldwork or preparation for audits
Support Internal Audit Manager in IT audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia
Support Internal Audit Manager in conducting IT audit engagements, such as ITGC controls, ERP review, and following up the business functions
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Manager, and Internal Audit Director

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Data Security. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in MS Office
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent command of Chinese and English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position
Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus
