Prepare export/import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and PEB/PIB.
Ensure that all documents are complete and in accordance with applicable regulations in the sending and destination countries.
Coordinate with related parties such as exporters, importers, shipping agents, customs authorities, logistics and transportation companies to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
Liaise with banks to process documents related to payments, letters of credit (L/C), or other transactions.
Minimum education D3/S1 in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years work experience in related field.
Knowledge of import-export procedures, especially in bonded zones.
Having certification related to export-import can be an added value.
Proficient in written and spoken English;
Work placement in Ngawi East Java
