Bachelor degree or above, major in environmental engineering, safety management, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, etc. is preferred
with CSR and EHS related certifications ( ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.) will be given priority
Registered Safety Engineer or equivalent certification
At least 10 years of relevant working experience in cross-regional manufacturing industry
At least 5 years of EHS or CSR functional management experience, with the ability to lead a team/cross-department coordination
Familiar with customer review process and mainstream CSR certification system, and has led key customer or third-party audits
Possess strategic thinking and system planning capabilities, and be able to coordinate multi-country/multi-factory management from an organizational level
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interface with third parties, customers and different levels of the internal organization
Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to handle communications and written reports for international clients or organizations
