Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computers, printers, applications, and operating systems.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Document technical issues and solutions accurately.
Communicate with vendors and external IT teams, including international counterparts.
Assist users by providing guidance and training on IT systems and applications.
Handle IT support tickets in accordance with defined SLAs.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows/MacOS).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (VLAN, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
Have knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory
Familiar with Microsoft Office, email systems, and workplace applications.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
