Identifying Hazards and Risks in the Work Environment
Develop and Implement HSE Policies and procedures
Provide K3 training to employees.
Ensure all work activities comply with HSE procedures.
Create reports of work accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Document inspection results and corrective actions.
Design and implement emergency response plans.
Coordinate with medical or fire teams in the event of an incident.
Monitor waste disposal processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Conducting environmental impact measurements of the company’s operational activities.
Work with management, workers, contractors and other third parties to ensure HSE compliance.
Minimum education D3 related major
Have one of the following certificates: Level A Fire Safety and Health Certificate, Chemical Safety and Health Certificate, Certificate of Person in Charge of Air Pollution and Wastewater Control
Understand applicable K3 and environmental regulations
Have good communication skills
Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
