Install, dismantle, and perform routine maintenance of injection moulds on production machines
Ensure moulds are in good condition before, during, and after the production process
Identify, analyze, and repair mould damages (minor to moderate repairs)
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth toy moulding processes in accordance with quality standards
Perform lubrication, cleaning, and preventive maintenance according to the schedule
Prepare technical reports related to mould conditions, damages, and repairs performed
Maintain cleanliness in the work area and follow safety procedures
Assist in the development and modification of moulds if needed for new toy designs
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of work experience as a mould/plastic injection technician, preferably in the toy or plastic manufacturing industry
Proficient in using measuring instruments and workshop tools such as micrometers, calipers, and others
Understand the operation of injection machines and the plastic moulding process
Able to read technical drawings / mould designs
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
