Perform routine preventive maintenance on molds to maintain performance and extend service life.
Repair molds that experience damage or reduced function (e.g., scratches, wear, broken ejector pins).
Perform welding, polishing, or replacement of mold components as needed.
Ensure compatibility between the mold and the machine before the production process begins.
Support the production and quality control teams to ensure molded products meet toy product specifications.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a mold technician, preferably in the plastic or toy industry.
Understand the injection molding process and the working systems of 2-plate, 3-plate, and hot runner molds.
Experience in mold maintenance and repair (preventive and corrective maintenance).
Able to disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds.
Able to read mold technical drawings.
Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
Able to perform minor welding, mold surface polishing, and component replacement such as ejector pins, bushes, and runners.
Able to operate workshop machines: Manual & CNC milling; Lathe machine; Surface grinder
