Product Engineer

Independently handle product manufacturing processes and resolve product-related issues.
Develop new product development schedules, monitor implementation progress, and drive projects through to mass production.
Provide professional solutions for issues arising during mold development, EP, FEP, and PP stages.
Conduct product analysis during the early development stage, improve product design through technical optimization, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency.
Follow up on the development of new products or product revisions according to customer requirements.
Be responsible for product development at each stage, sample preparation, engineering activities before PS, and assist the supervisor in completing assigned tasks.
Follow the product schedule and coordinate all stages of new product development, sample making, and production.
Complete milestone documentation according to Engineering Department procedures, prepare or approve authorized product-related documents, and review and maintain product BOM.
Prepare production documents, including Tool Plan, ICR, MS, and other engineering documentation.

High school diploma or above, with at least 5 years of working experience in a large-scale toy manufacturing company.
Able to prepare and manage engineering documents from product development through mass production.
Proficient in CAD, Pro/E, and other engineering design software.
Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and execution capability.
Familiar with toy development processes and toy safety standards.
Experience with Hasbro product development processes is preferred.
Willing to accept overseas assignments.
