Strategic HR & Organizational Development
Formulate, forecast, and execute comprehensive manpower plans and budgets that support business objectives; review and adjust periodically.
Work closely with business unit heads to identify current and future capability needs, and develop plans to address gaps at all levels.
Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance structure, processes, and culture in alignment with business goals.
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion as integral parts of the organization’s culture.
Drive transformation projects, including reorganization efforts, to position the Group for successful public listing.
HR Operations & Policy Management
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, operational procedures, and systems to support organizational growth and compliance.
Oversee all HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
Ensure competitive and compliant remuneration structures that balance market competitiveness with cost efficiency.
Champion HR digitalization and use data analytics to compile and interpret workforce metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Administration & EHS & Corporate Social Responsibility
Direct all administrative services to optimize costs while maintaining high service standards.
Group-wide EHS & CSR Management
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team spanning HR, Admin, EHS, and CSR across regions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
Experience
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership, with at least 5 years in a Group-level role overseeing multi-site, multi-country operations.
Must have hands-on experience in manufacturing industry, labor-intensive preferred.
Direct experience managing HR operations in both Mainland China and Southeast Asia (especially Vietnam or Indonesia).
Proven experience in a listed company environment, with understanding of corporate governance and public listing requirements.
Demonstrated success in managing EHS programs and passing international social compliance audits.
Skills
Deep expertise in China employment legislation, plus working knowledge of labor laws in Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to implement HR policies and form effective working relationships at all levels.
