Process Engineering & Manufacturing Optimization
Lead the PIE teams across all factories.
Mass Production
Optimize and improve key manufacturing processes, including printing, assembly, and packaging.
Improve equipment utilization and direct labor productivity.
Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks to improve yield and manufacturing efficiency.
Resolve technical and process-related issues during production.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Develop manufacturing process flows.
Establish production standards for manufacturing operations.
Ensure new products are successfully launched into mass production on schedule with stable manufacturing performance.

Lean Manufacturing
Develop and deploy Group-wide Lean Manufacturing strategies, leading initiatives such as line balancing, SMED, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and waste elimination.
Establish a sustainable continuous improvement system across all factories.
Organize Lean best-practice sharing sessions to promote cross-site learning and replication of successful improvement projects.

Automation & Digital Transformation
Develop the Group’s automation roadmap and drive the implementation of automation equipment and robotic solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and process stability.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies, leading automation projects for key manufacturing processes such as painting, assembly, and inspection, including requirement definition, supplier management, and factory acceptance.
Lead MES data collection and application, promoting equipment connectivity, digital manufacturing management, and data-driven decision-making.

Organization Development & Talent Management
Define organizational structures, job responsibilities, and competency models for PIE, Lean, and Automation teams across all factories.
Develop succession planning and talent pipeline programs, with a focus on developing high-potential engineering and management talent.
Organize technical training and knowledge-sharing programs to continuously improve team capability.

Performance & Cost Management
Establish and monitor KPIs related to PIE, Lean, and Automation, including production efficiency, direct labor utilization, line balancing efficiency, and cost reduction targets.
Promote data-driven decision-making by analyzing production data and driving continuous improvement.
Lead productivity improvement and cost-saving initiatives to achieve annual cost reduction objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Tooling, Sales, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products to ensure smooth mass production.
Establish escalation and communication mechanisms, and conduct regular performance reviews with Plant General Managers, Directors, and the COO.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Automation, or related fields, including at least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional teams at the Group level.
Professional Competencies: Strong expertise in manufacturing engineering management, Lean Manufacturing, project management, process optimization, and automation implementation.
Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English, with experience in customer communication and relationship management.
Industry Background: Experience in the toy manufacturing industry is preferred.
Work Location: Willing to be based in Vietnam.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
